How to order
Add designs to your bag, or tap Order on WhatsApp on any design. We reply to confirm the design, the total, delivery details and the payment method before anything is dispatched. Your order is not final until we confirm it with you.
Would you like something made to your own idea? Send us the details and photos through our custom order form.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. The delivery charge and the expected delivery time for your city are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available. We confirm the payment method with you on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.
Exchange and returns
If something is not right when your order arrives, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and clear photos. We review each request and reply with the options available for your order.
Leather and suede care
Natural leather and suede vary slightly in grain and shade from piece to piece, and they change with use. Keep your bag away from water and direct heat, and store it with some soft stuffing to hold its shape.
Privacy
We use the name, phone number, email, address and photos you send us, on WhatsApp or through our custom order form, only to discuss, confirm and deliver your order. Custom order requests are kept privately on our own web hosting and sent to our own email. We do not share them with anyone else. This website does not take payments. The contents of your bag are saved only in your own browser, on your own device.
